Narender Modi as Chandigarh is a modern city which has already\u00a0many components of being smart city. Honble Energy Minister Mr Piyush Goyal assured the\u00a0local unit all help to make Chandigarh first smart city of India. He also encouraged all the\u00a0members of BJP to shoulder responsible of Indian Govt of deliver goods to the common man.<\/p>\n
Sh. Piyush Goyal was welcomed by State President Sh. Sanjay Tandon and Member\u00a0Parliament Smt. Kirron Kher at his arrival at \u2018Kamlam\u2019 BJP Headquarter at Chandigarh.\u00a0While talking about the efficiency and prompt action of Sh. Piyush Goyal, State\u00a0President Sh. Sanjay Tandon said that during his recent visit to Baramula alongwith Hon\u2019ble\u00a0Prime Minister Sh.Narendra Modi in Jammu & Kashmir, Sh. Goyal met some children who\u00a0have to go to far away place for their studies after matriculation. When Sh. Goyal came to\u00a0know about this, he immediately contacted Union HRD Minister Smt. Smriti Irani and\u00a0discussed the matter and requested to start a school immediately upto 10+2 level. The\u00a0school was started within two hours and was announced by Sh. Narendra Modi in the said\u00a0public meeting. Sh. Tandon said that Sh. Piyush Goyal is a person who is always ready to\u00a0help the party activists as well as general public.<\/p>\n
Smt. Kirron Kher while addressing the party activists said that she will try her best to\u00a0solve the long-pending issues of residents of Chandigarh.\u00a0Sh. Piyush Goyal thanked Sh. Sanjay Tandon, Smt. Kirron Kher and all the office\u00a0bearers and party activists for the warm welcome given to him. He said that he is having\u00a0affection with the city as he is a usual visitor to city and want to see City Beautiful as the first
\n\u2018Smart City\u2019 of country.<\/p>\n
He further said that the Modi Government want the involvement of general public in\u00a0the governance and want to provide a transparent government. He also appealed all the\u00a0party activists to raise the issues of public concern with the concerned ministers and also\u00a0give valuable suggestions for better governance.<\/p>\n
